Evolution equations constitute a classical domain of mathematics which has a great interest both from the theoretical viewpoint and from its applications to control theory, spectral analysis, operator theory, stochastic analysis, and other sciences as physics, biology, economy . . . There is a by now long tradition in the cooperation between several teams in Europe and Maghreb working in this field, that meet every two years since 1998 in the Euro-Maghrebian Conferences on Evolution Equations.

The 8^th edition will take place in Lecce, in the Mathematics and Physics Department “Ennio De Giorgi” from 11 to 15 June, 2012. Following the tradition, there will be three mini-courses and about ten invited lectures. Young partecipants are encouraged to submit a proposal for a short talk.
